Trending @Capgemini; Looking for project from 8 months,pinged many managers and consultants but no requirement
I joined CG In December -27-2022 ,got a project as a shadow resource,got assignments from the manager ,after 7 months got a mail saying no requirement from then not even getting one project call but getting evaluation calls .Not understanding what to learn and how to survive in IT .
Utilise this time by getting enrolled into some paid course for any particular skills and use the office time to practice.
Because self learning is tough without any to-do list or any target. On a community level try contributing, you will find yourself in a better position among your peers.
Just my opinion.
Having same situation for me. Can anybody tell what to do with this idiots who hire and not giving projects and if we ask they will rudely answer
I guess you should be preparing for interviews and leave this company. 2 years is quite a long time on bench.
