I am a lateral joiner with 3.6 years of experience in AWS Cloud and DevOps practices. I would like to understand the process of getting allocated to a project. In TMS, I have noticed some projects auto-releasing and others rejecting due to skill mismatches.

Could you please guide me on how to secure a suitable project and the expected timeline for allocation?
