Trending @Cognizant; Looking for project

I was tagged into a Magento project last November. Till then they didn't contact me. In January I got a call from them and had a 30 minutes team meeting where EDL told my HM to give me KT. I was continuously telling her to do so but she said she can't as she needs her supervisor's permission. On 6th may I got my flexi seat booked by my project manager and the location is Chennai. I asked him to change the location but he didn't agree ( though I know he won't). Now I am just assigned to a project for 6 months. No KT. I don't even know my team members. My PM, HM doesn't talk to me. Every time I have to message them like they don't care. The office location is in Chennai and I am staying in Kolkata. I don't understand when I am no use of them why aren't they releasing me or calling me to a different city just to go to the office and come home. I am a PA. If you have any MERN/MEAN/ DEVOPS(Cl/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, cloudflare) openings, i will be happy to give interview. But I don't know if they release me or not? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
