My last project was completed last month, and since then I’ve been on the bench. I'm currently receiving project mappings from TPD, but my manager isn’t taking any action on them. As a result, the mappings are automatically getting released, and the same project gets reassigned the next day—this cycle keeps repeating in a loop.
Can anyone suggest,why is this happening?

Your manager only is blocking you, but he doesn’t have project right now to place. So he is Preventing your profiles to be blocked by others by mapping you first. Check with him if he has some project in mind
