Recently My Manager and HR pressurised me for Mutual separation, Due to NI rating that My Manager gave intentionally even after having 2 Insta Award 5-6 appreciation mail from CSG and Delivery Team. Worked as SAP Presales role with more than 2 YOE, It will be great if some one helps me in this difficult situation. Please provide me any contact, so I can share my profile.

If you are rated NI you either need to complete PIP before looking for other projects. TPD locks your profile for release before PIP

This is not happened with in one day they Pressurised me to resign or else they will terminate. I choose Mutual separation. It will be great if you help in any opportunities.

As per org policy NI is eligible for PIP. PIP will need a certification done. Other option file for e-separation and wait out your notice period to find other opportunities.

That is real odd , with 2 insta and 6 appreciation emails you had enough ammunition to fight your NI rating.

Manager played games with me at initial he told will change the rating but need to wait 3 weeks. Then after this they all Pressurised to resign saying like you didn’t came at initial so as per policies take mutual separation or will terminate.

Don’t go for mutual separation. Negotiate for severance package. They can’t terminate without severance. Mutual separation costs them nothing.
