Looking for opportunities in Equity Research Analyst

Hi everyone, I have cleared my CFA Level 1 exam in August 2024, I am looking for a job in Equity Research Analyst. What's the least salary can I expect for the employer? Having said that, I have basic knowledge of stock markets, financial modeling, and intermediate skills in using Excel.

I would really appreciate it if I get a salary guidance. As I have few offers in hand.
