Does anyone know the process on getting a onsite opportunity in ltimindtree with cap exempt h1b? Please post the process here if any info.
I know it's hard to get the visa from ltimindtree. But still want to try.
talk to your delivery manager and let him know that you have h1b from your prior company and you wish to transfer it to ltimindtrea under cap exempt and base on that raise a request in ivizon for the transfer
I had spoken with my delivery manager, he said he doesn't have any onsite opportunity in the current project and he suggested look for some onsite project through WFM

Why would a services company get a cap exempt H1B? That's typically for non profits, universities etc.
