Looking for job switch stuck badly not in TCS but in mind
TCS is my first employer never really wanted to work in IT, but circumstances made me so, and now its almost 5 years in Tcs,currently working as gen ai developer wormed having decent understanding of ML and DL but never really worked on a real project for client. What should be the best steps to be followed for switching and what should be my target organization, I never really gave any interview ever in life.
My suggestion:
1 . Connect with someone who has given interview in same field as you to get understanding of what is going on in market like what all is being asked and start preparing and apply
2. If not able to find anyone then give 1-2 interview to get yourself the idea and Theo prepare
This is the best way as if you randomly start with topics you will be lost and demotivated . Then once you have awareness on market trend so poc from udemy or cloud skills boost
