Looking for Job switch

Hi everyone, I have 7+ years of experience in software development and am planning to switch companies, preferably targeting backend roles at Intuit or Microsoft. I’ve been preparing for DSA for the past 2.5 months, but I feel I’m currently lacking in Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) and would like guidance to strengthen these areas. I’m looking for genuine advice from professionals currently working at these organizations. Additionally, if anyone is willing to mentor me (and a friend) through the preparation and transition process, we’re open to a paid mentorship arrangement. I’d also appreciate suggestions on any edtech companies or structured programs that can realistically help experienced developers prepare for such roles within around 3 months.
