Looking for Insights on Accenture Salary

Hi folks, Recently I received an offer from Accenture and the fixed pay is 7.2 LPA for management level 11 but that is less than my fixed pay in my current company so I have decided to ask HR for negotiation in salary, also I'm staying at home now but for this offer I need to relocate to a different city so considering all this how much max amount in fixed pay is reasonable to ask for 3.3 years of experience in Cloud DevOps domain?

Min 10lpa..9 fixed.. 1L Variable...Accenture is now downgrading lateral hires with less pkg.. Don't settle for less

If he doesn’t take the offer company will give it to another candidate who is in line. If your ego is larger than your need then reject the offer.
