Looking for Help - Career switch
Hi, I have an overall experience of 6 years, I'm working as BDM at B2B Fintech startup for almost 3 years now and before MBA I was working as a Design Engineer at R&D facility (OEM) for 3 years.
The current organization has become very very toxic and topping the roofs. The product is bad and the founders are giving brutal targets and have unrealistic expectations. It has given me huge anxiety that this is how B2B sales actually work. Now I'm in a vegetative state towards career switch. I have been applying to Strategy & Growth roles for quite sometime but hardly given 4 interviews in the last 2 months. I literally have no clue on which role I have to take up next. Completely clueless, badly looking for some help to talk to.
