Looking for Guidance on Career
I’m a Flutter/mobile developer with around 4.5 years of experience, currently working at a startup. For the past three years, I’ve been at the same package of 10 LPA. Due to the company’s financial struggles, salary hikes haven’t been possible, and at times salaries are even delayed until the 18th–20th of the month.
While I really enjoy the product we’re building, my growth has become stagnant and the compensation is now a concern. I want to make a career move, and my goal is to land a role in the 18 LPA range (with 15 LPA as the minimum). I’ve been working remotely and would prefer to continue in that setup, but open to WFO as well.
Could you advise me on how I can achieve this goal? Specifically:
- What skills or areas should I focus on to make a big jump in my career?
- If I dedicate the next few months to learning and preparation, what would give me the best chance at reaching my target compensation?
Any advice would be really helpful.

Switch to react native as it would open more opportunities for you and can work on multiple domains . Flutter is dead
