Looking for Guidance: How to Move from 11.3 LPA to High paying

I have been working in service-based companies throughout my professional career (4.3 years of experience across 2 companies). My current CTC is 11.3 LPA. On seeing posts and advice about high-paying roles (30+ LPA) has motivated me, and I am now looking to align my skills and career path to achieve that goal.

I am a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications—developed and deployed two enterprise-grade projects from scratch, and successfully led Java 17 migration projects.
