Looking for companies, that actually don't punish their remote employees for working from home!

Happy new year folks!

I'm in search for companies (the rare indian ones/foreign) that actually understands and allows remote working... Unlike the lala indian companies.

I have been searching... And with increasing demand for return to office, so far I have mostly come across a few indian companies which are punishing the employees in the name of remote work. Their expectations: 24/7/365 days availability, including Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays... Because you're working from home 🙂 (have been officially told about these expectations).

So, if y'all know any good companies with decent ethics and proper understanding of remote work culture, please share below!
