Looking for change in technology

Hi,

I'm currently working as system administrator in End User computing technology (SCCM) as L3 admin with 3 years of experience. I also host Agile ceremonies and my team is dependent on me for Agile as well as technical support. The work now doesn't challange me enough. I want to shift to DevOps domain but my account doesn't have DevOps. I'm actively learning DevOps in within few months will be doing a personal project.

Is it possible to get into an account which has DevOps within TCS?

I'm Digital cadre. Will changing account impact my digital incentive.
