Looking for Career Guidance: MBA or Startup Role?

Hi everyone! I’m seeking advice on my next career move and would love your insights.

Here’s a bit about me:

Education: Commerce graduate

Experience: 2+ years

1.5 years in Sales and Client Servicing

1 year in Customer Success at a Martech SaaS company (handling strategy, account management & partial sales).

Current Scenario: I’ve been working 50+ hours a week for the past year but earning only 5 LPA.

I’m at a crossroads trying to decide my next step. Should I:

1. Pursue an MBA (if yes, which specialization would suit my background)?

2. Look for a startup role with better pay (what roles align with my experience—Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, etc.)?

I’m passionate about working in fast-paced, impactful environments and open to exploring strategic roles in SaaS, startups, or even other industries.
