Looking for Career Growth

I am currently working at Capgemini with 1 year of experience. Although I’m still early in my career, I feel that I’m currently underpaid compared to industry standards. I have hands-on experience in C#, .NET, C++, VC++, and Linux. I’m now considering new opportunities that offer better growth, exposure, and compensation.

Should I explore a job change at this stage, or would it be wiser to gain more experience before making a move? Also, I would greatly appreciate any referrals or guidance. Thank you in advance!
