Looking for Career Advice: How to Make the Move from Harman Connected services to Harman International at My Current Company?
I’m currently working at Harman in the Consultant unit (Harman Connected Service), where I’m placed at client locations for projects. However, I’m looking to switch to our Product-based unit (Harman International - Automotive) for several reasons:
I tried to connect with BU HR by looking at internal job opportunities but I hardly get responses from them.
YoE: 9 Platform: Mobile dev
Could anyone advise on the best approach to make this transition within the company? Any tips on how to navigate this switch smoothly and effectively would be greatly appreciated.
