My current CTC at TCS is 4.23 to be exact
And about expected CTC, based on my research and understanding of current market standards for this role, a competitive range would be 7 to 8 lakhs per annum given the role and the location constraints in consideration
That said, I’m open to discussions and would be happy to explore a package that reflects both the value I bring to the organization and the opportunities for growth within the company.
