Looking for an MNC for job with excellent culture. Hustle is not an issue but toxic bosses is a big no. I have worked in Amex. Suggest plz?

I changed for almost a 70% hike. But landed in an atmosphere which is super duper toxic. Hurling abuses on the floor. BTW I am a female
