Irrespective of your current job, you should ALWAYS be interviewing. Helps you keep sharp and also its fun to give interviews when nothing is at stake. Also increases your surface area of "luck". Stay here, start interviewing, if something big comes your way go for it.

Also post marriage for atleast 2 years you will need good WLB so stay here. One thing u can do though is get an offer and ask your current employers to increase your pay. Basically a bluff.

If you are planning to get married real soon, I’d suggest to stay in same organization
Handling performance pressure of new org while figuring out your newly married life is too much work

Cannot stress enough on this. Once you've figured out marriage, you can make the switch.

Just assume ESOPs as 0. Are you happy at your current work ? After marriage the first year you should travel a lot.

In parallel find out what your next job requires, keep learning, keep saving
