Unless there are dependencies on you , this is not possible.

Why would anyone do that? If you are on Notice period, you already have made up your mind to leave. If no attempts were made to retain you then how is that you think will anyone agree for an account change? What you are asking will not happen in any company.

I have been working in same account for 2+ years.
