Looking for accommodation around BAGMANE MARATHAHALLI

Hi all!

Not sure if this is the right place for this or not, but what's wrong in trying?

So I'm looking for a place to rent around Bagmane Tech Park. Preferably 1bhk in a gated/non-gated building. Max budget - 10k It's totally fine if the property is in the proximity of 3-5km from the tech park.

Kindly help with any leads.

10k is too low for a 1bhk in that area as rents have increased a lot. Try on nobroker or look for PGs.

it need not to be close to the ofc, 4-5 km is fine

Try in Kaggadasapura or B Narayanapuram. You can get 1bhk for 12k to 15k in non gated buildings.

Try areas like Kaggadasapura , 25th -29th Cross Rd.
You can get 1BHK in similar prices or 1 room in 2 BHK.

Try Murugeshpalya or internals of doddanekundi or Kaggadasapura. Those areas are liveable.

1bhk 10k is too less of a budget. Even single room PGs charge close to 12k now. Good ones even more.
