I want to build a platform like Shutterstock.com. Looking for a Technical Co-founder and Angel Investor. Platform mainly designer ke liye hoga. Maine Animation and VFX mai diploma kiya hua hai aur mai jis category ko target karte hue platform bnana chahata hu uski market value kam se kam more than 1000 crore rupees se jayeda hogi in next 5 years. Mujhe coding ki technical knowledge nahi hai. Graphic and videos ki hai esliye technical co-founder dundh raha hu. And yh mera minimum calculation hai agar Canva app ki valuation $65 billion ki ho sakti hai toh hamara platform bhi billion dollars ka ho sakta hai. Jo co-founder and investor wala mindset rakhta ho wahi contact karna. Only knowledge and money se kuch nahi hota. Mai apna full concept clear nahi kar sakta bas short mai etna bta sakta hu ki images and videos sell karne ka platform build karna hai. Jo build kar dega mai ose co-founder bna lunga. What are you bringing to the table apart from the idea, that angel investor will give you his hard-earned money, and technical co-founder will give you his time, effort, and skills, with realistic assurance that they will get enough returns? “Trust me bro” is not enough of a guarantee. So it's not going to happen, in my opinion.
If you really believe in your idea enough, then put in effort to learn some basic technical skills, and build a demo / proof-of-concept application yourself. It's much easier nowadays using GenAI tools like Cursor or Github Copilot.
Then show that demo to angel investors to raise money. Then with that money hire technical people to build full-blown production grade version of your application. This is the only way forward that can work.

No one is willing to work for free and get equity these days. Everyone wants to be paid upfront without any ownership risk in the project.
I would suggest not having high hopes to find either of the two.
