Have joined microsoft recently and doesn't liking the team, neither the shitty culter neither my manager. Willing to make a switch.

Maybe give it some more time if it hasn’t been long? Microsoft is a good name on a CV, but again, if you’re not happy then no point. However things will be better in another company that also cannot be guaranteed. I am also facing similar situation in my current org, but not sure to change cos every place has some or other issue
