Looking for a switch

Hey everyone, I recently completed a year at TCS, and as we all know the increment here is terrible, almost 25k pm only, which is why I am looking for a switch. I have also worked for 6 months in a startup in Indore as a springboot developer before TCS. I am skilled in DSA, Java development and Embedded. Thank you.
