Looking for a Salesforce Consultant position.

I'm having 3.7 years of experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and upskilling myself right now over Data Cloud. I've worked as a business analyst for 2 years so I'm up for business analyst/customer success engineer roles as well as long as it's aligned with Salesforce. I would appreciate some referrals if possible or guidance as how to proceed for a job switch
