Looking for a rockstar software engineer

Hello everyone! I recently started a company(funded) and I’m looking for a senior engineer(who can work independently mostly) to join my team. We are building SaaS products on real time advertising data and the scale we are building for is high(think billions of requests per day). Tech stack is generally flexible but we mostly use GCP and plan to use Golang / Java, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra apart from other standard GCP tooling(Kubernetes etc). We are based out of Bangalore and pretty flexible when it comes to working from home etc. I’m ready to give good money(50L+ base and considerable ESOPs) for the right person.
