Follow Abhishek Veeramalla on YouTube. Get his project training from Udemy. Put it on your resume and search job outside. I dont think you will get such a project in Wipro.

I've noticed that if I pick up something new and go for a project through IJP, the interview is like 2-3 times harder than for someone coming from outside.
