Looking for a product designer for a side project

I am a dev currently working on my side project ( habit tracking category app), but i unable to come up with good design for my app,even tough I tried looking for ui/ux freelancer but couldn’t find someone good within my budget.

After getting irritated with not moving ahead with the project progress, I went to learn figma and created a basic mvp design, but it just throws me off, even I will not use it with that bad design.

So, now I am looking for a product designer to help me with this. Also it would be grateful if designer peeps can give me some idea about the freelance gig pricing for a project consisting of approx 12 -15 screens.
