You'll not be able to leave the project from your end until you complete 18 months. However, if your manager is supportive, he/she might let you leave the project before 18 months.

they don't release, but u go through loss of pay aka LOP

If they(wipro Or your account) release from the project, you should get a new project within 45 days. Otherwise it will be lop for 90 days. After that they will release from wipro. So please try internal and external from now itself.
