Looking for a job switch

If anyone has any references, please let me know. i have 14 YOE and currently working as a Lead Analyst in TCS in M&IS Domain, I've secured release from the project only to hunt for a better opportunity so that once I get one, I can leave without having to serve 3 months of notice.

If u r in bench , and u r reporting to RMG that time u don't need to serve 90
