Looking for a Job Change - Any tips and suggestions

Hi I am having 4.5 years of experience working as a software engineer with a 6.5 LPA

Tech Stalk:Java, Spring boot, Maven, AWS, Informatica, Sql, Unix.

I am looking for a switch as this is my first company and it's time for a switch. I am trying to apply linkdin, Naukri and all sorts of apps but not getting many calls.I am open to tips, suggestions, referrals also please let me know your thoughts and open to anything.
