Hi I am having 4.5 years of experience working as a software engineer with a 6.5 LPA.
Tech Stalk:Java, Spring boot, Maven, AWS, Informatica, Sql, Unix.
I am looking for a switch as this is my first company and it’s time for a switch. I am trying to apply linkdin, Naukri and all sorts of apps but not getting many calls.I am open to tips, suggestions, referrals also please let me know your thoughts and open to anything.
Many of them would be on vacation and also in many companies the hiring process would be in freeze in December . You may get many calls in January or February. Brush up your basic tech knowledge.
Tips : Update your profile in Naukri daily with some changes. Apply in company websites. Ask your friends or seniors for a referral. Try applying for all relevant job positions. Last but not least DON'T LOSE HOPE..ONE DAY YOU WILL MAKE IT....Keep Learning and trying. All the best😊
