Looking for a job change

I’m a consultant with 1.5 years of experience in SAP EC, People Analytics & Reporting and business consulting at Deloitte. I have an MBA in HR and I’m passionate about HR tech as well as strategy roles. Looking for some guidance to move into product based companies. I’ve been with Big 4s for about 3 years and I’m looking to make a switch.
