Recently I have resigned for a job which I got in campus placements because of job mis-alignment. Currently I am looking for a job. I have done PGDM in Systems management and Human Resources. Why did you quit without an offer in hand. The job market is bad.
I had to as it was completely unrelated to what I studied.. and there is no growth in the role they gave.. they changed the job as they needed resources in other role from what they initially offered.. I raised the issue with HR and business head but no response from them.. so I didn't had any other option..
I waited to get other offer but as notice period is 90 days notice one responded as they need immediate resources..
