Looking for a development project

I'm a fresher just going to complete my training on 21st jan 2025. I recieved calls from RMG for support side, But I want development side project. So is it possible for me to go there ? Anyone have any opportunity/openings please let me know.

You can ask for it by showcasing your skillset and don't accept support project initially otherwise your life will be hell.
