Trending @Accenture; Looking for a change in big data engineering

I have overall 7+ years of experience predominantly in database development and recently 3 years ago moved to data engineering space(pyspark+AWS). Please guide me what other skills I should look out into as I don't have much knowledge of market demands/hot skills and what expectation the interviewer would have from me.
