Looking for a change but not confident enough !

I am looking for a change but not feeling confident enough.. the tech and tool I am currently working on feels like outdated atleast by 5 years.No cloud, no CICD no container nothing.. My current tech stack is python , django, javascript react. YOE is 6. Suggestions are invited
