Looking for a Change

I'm working as a Mechanical Design Engineer in one of the Japanese based firms in Delhi NCR. It's a firm which designs, develops and manufactures plastic automotive components. But we're not getting the projects here now and also, I would like to change to a PLM engineer profile in any organisation around DELHI NCR.
