Looking for a change

Have been part of a tech based chemical exporting startup for the past 8 months as an Export Documentation Specialist. Have done multiple end to end shipments from India and Merchant Shipments as well.

Need a change, let's just say the culture and goals of the company have deviated from my goals

What should I do?
