Looking for a career transition, Kindly help

I am currently a Power BI Developer and I have had good theoretical knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science for quite some time.

But how can I gain industry knowledge, since I am making a career transition? How should I crack interviews in such situations? Please help.
