Looking for a 2 BHK flat in a gated society
Hi grapeviners!!
I'm looking for a 2 BHK semi-furnished flat under Rs 30000. Since, I am working in a completely remote job, I don't mind staying far away from IT hubs like Bellandur, HSR layout, Indiranagar.
Must have -
- gated community but not necessarily as big as Sobha, Godrej, Prestige
- surrounding areas should be green, wide roads with very minimal traffic
- 1 or more balconies
- 1 car parking
Nice to have -
- Modern design; most flats that I have seen online are very archaic and dull
- fully-furnished
- situated in prime areas that are close to hotspots like clubs, cafes etc

Why are you even in BLR then if you have completely remote job?
I got this remote job recently. Before it was a in person job in Bangalore. Also I like the vibe of Bangalore, the tech and startup scene. So do not want to leave.
Ah, cool. Not sure if you'll find something decent in bangalore in that price point. Search online websites
Bomanahalli, kudlu gate, hosa road, banaswadi, btm layout
Check in JP Nagar or Electronic city. Otherwise Rajajinagar if you wanna live close to airport
It's already very crowded here on this side of the city. If it's fully remote for you, consider living on the side of Kanakapura road/Mysore road.
