Looking for a 2 BHK flat in a gated society

Hi grapeviners!!

I'm looking for a 2 BHK semi-furnished flat under Rs 30000. Since, I am working in a completely remote job, I don't mind staying far away from IT hubs like Bellandur, HSR layout, Indiranagar.

Must have -

  1. gated community but not necessarily as big as Sobha, Godrej, Prestige
  2. surrounding areas should be green, wide roads with very minimal traffic
  3. 1 or more balconies
  4. 1 car parking

Nice to have -

  1. Modern design; most flats that I have seen online are very archaic and dull
  2. fully-furnished
  3. situated in prime areas that are close to hotspots like clubs, cafes etc

It's already very crowded here on this side of the city. If it's fully remote for you, consider living on the side of Kanakapura road/Mysore road.
