Looking for 1 RK in Chandigarh

Should be near Sector 13 IT park, we are 2 guys so combined budget would be around 10~11k for furnished. Can consider an already occupied flat for sharing too if not too much disturbance. And should not be top most floor. Would be great if its owner free or no owner restrictions. Any and all leads much appreciated! Thank you
