Looking co founder for tech startup.

Hello everyone I have been working on a software related to tourism industry and now it is almost finished. Initially the plan was for personal use, but Now after few feedbacks want to launch commercially. I am looking for a co founder who must be full stack developer having atleast 5 years of exp. Before launching the software needs to rewrite from scratch but that will be easy. Currently the software is in PHP and needs to rewrite in .net bcoz of security concern in PHP. If anyone is interested, kindly let me know.
