Looking at current situation of IT market, is IT bubble going to burst due to AI ?
Will changing jobs frequently to raise CTC is good for now or to remain loyal to same company and try to be stable is good and preferable ?
I've never seen anyone get increment due to loyalty. changing jobs at the right time is the only way to increase ur CTC
If u r a real man get a govt job , live peacefully why do slavery for copanies who can kick u out anytime. It sector downfall has not even started.
Why serve the corrupt government then? Plus that gov job stability itself is dehati mindset

Not very sure about what exactly is a bigger thread to the Indian IT market at the moment. On one side there is the AI and on the other side there is Trump's HIRE act with 25% tariffs.
Also Trump is trying to force the US companies to hire US residents rather then Indians

Loyalty in the sense work hard in the same company and let karma rewards
