I've been in the company for a couple years now, somehow coasting by. With the current market trends, switching is probably not the best idea. But then again, you never know when an unexpected round of layoffs may impact you.
Is there anyone here who has been at Cognizant for 3+ years? Any tips on managing career growth, and keeping up the motivation?

I have been in CTS for more than 4 years. My project is with US client in long term contract. Due to unrealistic guidelines or policies of CTS management. I am quitting cts asap.
