Long term digital storage options

What are some reliable and affordable(over long term) cloud storage options? Phone storage is maxed out.

Apart from the traditional Google cloud, one drive and all, you can get a pre build NAS and set up a person cloud on it. It's not the most simple solution, but your open to tinkering, it can be a better solution in the long term.

Isnt a NAS also costly setup? Also, how about S3?

2TB plan for google is like 6500 per year

They can be, it depends on the configuration you go with, but you can always go with a good NAS with less storage and then buy more over time.
