Hello there, I am planning for a long 4months break from work and i have almost 50 leaves available with me. So what is the process to apply and will i get approvals? Ready to go on Loss of Pay. Should i split the request leaves 8 weeks at a time or can request full at a time.?

I don't think you'll get approval for those many leaves...Mostly they approve 3 weeks that too if you have some emergency or you are getting married otherwise 5 days only
