Long hours everywhere?

Hello Everyone, Deloitte is my first company and I've been here for 4 years now. I worked really hard for quick promotions and top ratings.

These 4 years have been mostly grinding away my nights and weekends at home and client locations.

I look at my seniors and I CANNOT see myself living their lifestyle (All work and no personal life) post marriage.

I was wondering:

1. if other companies have it similar and,
2. if after some years you can control your time and preferences (You do work hard but still be able to manage other aspects of life well).
